Here at Swain Hat Company, we strive for excellent customer service and even better products, so please just reach out if you feel we haven't met your expectations and we will do everything we can to make it right. 

Buuuuut, here's the deal:

• Withdraw and cancel services and making financial transactions - Don't attempt to fraud us and we will be friends.
• Customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime - We promise to do our best for ya'll and hope that you have the capacity to realize tech is unpredictable sometimes and to not be Richards about it ;)
• Copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc. - Don't copy our brand and we won't sue you.
• User behavior, unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. - Hard NO here folks. Golden RULE mmkk ;)
• Disable user accounts - I think we can all be adults, but we aren't opposed to keeping our peace round these parts.
